Focaccia
This artisan style pizza bread can be made in many different versions ranging from a simple extra virgin olive oil & rosemary to a more elaborate cherry tomato, garlic and oregano version.
Bruschetta
A classic Italian staple. Cherry tomatoes, basil, onions, garlic, oregano with a balsamic reduction.
Charcuterie boards
Open your creative palate by designing your own inspired board, or opt for the classic, cured meats, various cheeses, nuts, jams, fruit, crackers and more!
Sliders
Crafted with just the right ingredients to start the event. Can be made in a wide variety of ways including but not limited to beef burger, pulled pork & coleslaw, crispy chicken & chipotle mayo, and fried haddock & spicy pickled vegetable relish (pikliz).
Skewers
These single serve skewers can range from beef, lamb, or chicken and can be made in a variety of flavours including Teriyaki, Greek, Moroccan, Thai, Honey Garlic and more!
Crostini
Assortment of crostini. A great way to start any appetizer by enjoying these little bite sized crusted breads. Flavours can range from the classic smoked salmon, dill, capers & cream cheese to the more elaborate goat cheese, Bartlett pear, aged pecorino cheese & honey drizzle.

Eggplant Parmigiana
An Italian classic with creamy flavours, layers of eggplant and mozzarella, baked to perfection.
Lasagna
A timeless dish filled with layers of pasta, mozzarella, made with a bolognese sauce.
Veal Parmigiana
Tender breaded veal topped with a tomato based sauce, mozzarella and baked in the oven.
Pasta
Offered in a variety of styles. Options include but not limited to, linguini, penne, spaghetti, rigatoni, fettuccini, and comes in a variety of favours including the standard tomato based sauces, bolognese, rosé sauce, pesto primavera, alfredo and more!
Salmon
Offered in either fillets or steaks, and made in many flavours from a simple sea salt, lemon and olive oil base, to the more elaborate hickory smoked dill.
Beef
A super protein offered in a variety of cuts from ribeye, T-bone, strip loin, filet mignon, and more. Made on the BBQ, sous vide style, or in the oven.
Lamb chops
A savoury meat with plenty of flavours. Made with lemon, rosemary, olive oil, and sea salt, grilled on the BBQ or finished in the oven.
Shrimps
Offered in many styles, ranging from a simple garlic and butter base, to cajun, spicy Thai to a green curry sauce. Made either grilled, baked or sautéed.
Chicken
Grilled, baked, fried, or BBQ'd, however you like it, this dish can bring many flavours from a cacciatore style, chicken and waffles, BBQ wings, or even stuffed chicken breast. Just choose the cut and decide on the flavours!
Risotto
Nothing can be creamier than slow cooking arborio rice to make this dish. Offered in many flavours including but not limited to; mushroom/scallop/asparagus, spicy shrimp, porcini mushrooms/goat cheese & truffle oil, or saffron & butternut squash.
Gnocchi
Creamy pillow like potato dumplings made perfectly. Can be ordered in a simple tomato based or rosé sauce, or pesto. Alternatives on demand.
